# 面積計算の環境設定

小数点以下の有効桁数、端数処理の方法など細かな計算設定ができます。

## 小数点以下の有効桁数

プルダウンメニューから有効桁数を選択します。

**「求積図面積」と「その他の面積」の少数点以下の有効桁数が違う場合は、各面積の合計に誤差が生じる場合があります。例えば、各階床面積、工事届の住宅部分、独立部分などで食い違いが生じます。これは、計算過程での端数処理工程の違いにより起こることであり、当然の結果といえます。確認検査機関によっては、適宜修正を求められる場合があります。**

**なお、「求積図面積」と「その他の面積」の少数点以下の有効桁数を同じ値に設定した場合は、上記のような食い違いは生じません。**

## 端数処理の方法

**切り捨て**：小数点以下の有効桁数の設定に従って切り捨て処理します。

> 例：1.575→1.57

**切り上げA**：小数点以下の有効桁より下位の値が0でない場合は切り上げます。

> 例：1.57001→1.58

**切り上げB**：小数点以下の有効桁の直下の値が0でない場合は切り上げます。

> 例：1.57001→1.57 ／ 1.571→1.58

**四捨五入**

> 例：1.575→1.58

## 容積率、建蔽率の計算方法

**端数処理前の各面積で計算**：容積率と建ぺい率を計算する際に、計算に使用する敷地面積、延べ面積、建築面積などを計算過程で端数処理せずに計算します。すなわち、計算の最小単位を求積図面積として計算します。

**端数処理後の各面積で計算**：容積率と建ぺい率を計算する際に、端数処理された敷地面積、延べ面積、建築面積などから計算します。

## 面積の集計方法

建築物全体の面積を算出する方法を設定します。（「→」は左側の面積を合計して右側の面積を算出することを意味しています）

**階別用途≠各階→建築物→全体**：計画全体の面積を算出するための最小単位を各階面積として算出します。（階別面積表の各階面積を合計し建築物面積とし、建築物面積の合計を計画全体の面積とします。）

**階別用途→各階→建築物→全体**：計画全体の面積を算出するための最小単位を用途別床面積として算出します。

## 坪換算値を表示するチェックボックス

坪の表示/非表示を切り替えることができます。坪を非表示に設定するとワークシートの坪列の幅がゼロになります。

## 坪換算値

平米から坪に換算する際に、一坪あたり何平米として計算するか設定します。

## デフォルト保存チェックボックス

この項目を選択すると、新たなファイルで面積計算をする際にも、保存した設定が適用されるようになります。
